THE NEED FOR COMMUNITY ACCESS

The Ontario Science Centre is a place where children and families come to explore, discover and learn together. It is a place that encourages, inspires and challenges visitors to ask questions and search for answers. Proceeds from the RBC Innovators’ Ball support the Science Centre’s industry leading community access programs, such as Adopt-a-Class, which ensure that a visit to the Science Centre is accessible for all members of our community.

The 2016 event raised $500,810 to foster curiosity and science learning and to help 90,000 kids and families from underserved communities to visit the Science Centre.

Without the support of donors, patrons and sponsors of the RBC Innovators’ Ball, we would not be able to provide access to Ontario’s next generation of innovators.
